  • Wash dishes in the dishwasher on an intense program
  • Take out the trash
  • Leave the key in the lockbox outside the entrance

Noise & Parties

  • Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM
  • No loud music
  • Absolutely no parties allowed

Other Rules

  • Smoking strictly forbidden
  • No pets allowed
  • Additional guests must be declared and may incur extra fees

Fees & Damages

  • Deep cleaning fee for smoking violations
  • Lost key fee: CHF 400
  • Other damages billed case-by-case
