This reservation is non-refundable.

• The 24-Hour Window: A refund can only be issued if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the initial booking time.
• Transaction Fees: While we are happy to return your booking payment within this window, the refund will be processed minus the non-refundable transaction costs incurred by the payment processor.
• Any cancellation requests made after the 24-hour mark will not be eligible for a refund.

• Secure Online Payment: We recommend paying directly through our platform via encrypted, secured and instantly processed Stripe transaction. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• Bank Transfer: If you prefer to pay via direct bank transfer, we are happy to accommodate you. To receive an invoice, please contact us via email: booking@lepetitobservatoire.com

• Rule Compliance: Any violation of occupancy limits, noise ordinances, or established house rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking.
• Refunds & Penalties: In the event of a violation-based cancellation, no refund will be issued for the remaining nights.
• Damage Fees: We reserve the right to impose additional fees equivalent to any physical damage or financial loss inflicted during your stay.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside AND outside the house. It is NOT permitted to smoke on the terrace, as it is wooden. Smoking is possible outside the property, across the street.
